Meals freshly prepared in our kitchen and sourced locally with pride!

Let yourself with selected, fresh local produce and our own, biologically guided agriculture spoil. Homemade jams, organic milk from our free-range cows, eggs from hens in our farm, and much more on the table of our breakfasts.

Half-board: we serve carefully chosen local products, beef and veal only from our own stable, game from our hunting, and the crowning achievement of our handcrafted schnapps or liqueur after dinner.

We use many other ingredients from the garden and from the forest, such as: vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, cranberries, blueberries and much more ...

We are proud to serve high quality organic meals to our guests.

Breakfast

An enjoyable, full breakfast served as a start to an eventful day.

Great choice ranging from fresh bread, butter, a choice of homemade jams, a selection of ham & cheese, delicious fresh fruits, cereals, and yogurt.

You will choose tea, coffee, cocoa and organic milk from our farm.

Our daily specials are inspired by the local and seasonal available products.

Each morning at breakfast, our guests get to choose their dinner menu for the evening. Dinner menu consists of three courses: starter, main course with salad or vegetables and dessert.

There is a selection of alternatives for vegetarian, vegans, allergic and families with babies. In our philosophy, no one leaves the table meals hungry!
